The role of the Site Manager – Joinery Fit Out will involve:
* Site Manager position dealing with fit out projects for various sectors such as; leisure, retail, healthcare, hotels, offices, pubs & restaurants
* Manage and maintain all relevant health and safety documentation and ensure these are adhered to on site
* Ensuring that projects are completed to the highest quality
* Overseeing delivery schedules
* Attending all site meetings to report on updated and any issues
* Recording labour, progress, weather and delays to report back
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with team, clients and subcontractors
* Managing projects ranging in value from £200k to circa £3m - £4m
* Bulk of the projects will be Ireland based with the occasional UK travel
The ideal applicant will be Site Manager – Joinery Fit Out with:
* Must have experience as a Site Manager within the joinery or fit out market sectors
* SMSTS or SSSTS
* Must be a resilient individual that can resolve site issues
* Ideally will have first aid qualifications
* Strong leadership qualities
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* High levels of organisation and attention to detail
