Site Manager – Large Scale Industrial Projects
Location: North West of Ireland
Start Date: Sept 2025
Employment Type: Permanent or Fixed Contract
Due to continued growth, we are recruiting a high calibre Site Manager to oversee the execution of a critical infrastructure project in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take full responsibility for the on-site management of all construction activities across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
* Lead project teams and subcontractors to deliver works safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
* Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
* Develop and maintain construction programmes, manage resources, and monitor project performance.
* Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for client representatives and stakeholders.
* Contribute to project planning, risk management, and reporting to senior leadership.
Requirements:
*
Extensive experience (10+ years) managing the delivery of complex, Data Centre ,Power Generation, Renewables or large scale industrial projects.
* Proven track record overseeing multi-disciplinary teams on high-value sites.
* Strong knowledge of project lifecycle requirements from early works through to commissioning.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
