Job Description

Market leading, family owned & run Main Contractor currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to hit the ground running and assume responsibility for a new build circa £10M Care Home project (JCT) that is in the Hedge End area. Consistent experience in D&B projects, ideally including Care Homes is required, although experience of new build schools, student accommadtion, housing & retirement is also considered. Strong client facing skills are required, as this forward thinking, well regarded and very busy Contractor currently enjoys 80% repeat business and has a well deserved reputation for treating it's employee's extremely well. This is demonstrated by a tax free vehicle, a fuel card plus Health, Pension and a performance related bonus, as well as 95% staff retention - this vacancy has come about due to internal promotion
