Principal Contractor Site ManagerStart Early July  15-Week Contract

Ready to lead a high-profile industrial roofing project from the front?

We're looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager / Principal Contractor Site Manager to take full site leadership responsibility on a major roof refurbishment and ventilator replacement project in Chester.

Working under CDM 2015, you'll coordinate multiple contractors, manage complex work-at-height operations, oversee crane lifts and scaffold activities, and ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead all site operations as Principal Contractor
Manage roofing, scaffold, crane and specialist subcontractors
Oversee high-risk works at approximately 30m height
Review and implement RAMS and safe systems of work
Coordinate lifting operations and contractor interfaces
Drive programme delivery, safety, and compliance throughout the projectWhat We're Looking For
SMSTS
CSCS Black Card
First Aid at Work
Strong knowledge of CDM 2015
Proven experience delivering roofing, work-at-height, or other high-risk construction projects
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and fast-paced site activitiesDesirable
NEBOSH Construction Certificate
Temporary Works or lifting operations awareness
