£45-55,000 + Package
Search Tech is excited to announce an opening for a Site Manager on behalf of our National Waste Management client. This role is crucial for overseeing and managing site operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise site operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Implement operational strategies and best practices.
Coordinate with various teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
Oversee resource allocation and site safety measures.
RDF, SRF, MRF, MBT, PRF or Recycling Site management experience required
Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
COTC or Wamitab - Expected
