Site Manager – Industrial Roofing & Cladding
Location: Shotton, Deeside
Salary: £55,000 to £60,000
Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term
Start: Immediate
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a major industrial roofing and cladding package in Shotton. With works already in progress, we need a proactive leader to take control of the site and ensure the project stays on track.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring programme, quality, and safety targets are achieved
*
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the internal project team
*
Monitor progress and report on timelines using MS Project or similar tools
*
Maintain high standards of health & safety and ensure full compliance
*
Take a hands-on, problem-solving approach to keep the project moving forward
Requirements:
*
Proven experience in managing industrial construction or envelope (roofing/cladding) projects
*
Strong organisational and communication skills
*
Confident with site management systems – MS Project experience preferred
*
Fully certified with:
*
SMSTS
*
CSCS (Manager-level)
*
First Aid
*
Asbestos Awareness
*
NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management (or equivalent)
