The Project Delivery of external fabric upgrades on occupied social housing stock. Typical packages: roof replacements, UPVC/aluminium windows + doors, fascias/soffits/guttering, brickwork repair.

Experience: 5+ years Site Manager on social housing externals OR roofing/windows/doors packages. Proven tenant liaison.Contracts: JCT Minor Works / D&B. Multi-trade coordination.CSCS: Black CSCS Manager card + SMSTS current.Roofing: Knowledge of flat roofs, pitched roofs.Windows/Doors
