Job Title- Site Manager
Location- Huddersfield
Salary- £50,000-£55,000 plus car allowance
Are you a site manager with social housing experience? Have you worked across a mixture of planned works and pride yourself in delivering contracts to the highest standard?
We are working with an established property services contractor that are looking for a site manager for a long term project in Huddersfield.
They are delivering all planned works om mid-rise properties, from fire doors to kitchen and bathrooms to solar PV.
As site manager, you will;
Be responsible for all planned works programs
Ensure strict health ans safety policies and procedures and maintained
Complete works within set time frames to the highest standards
Manage both internal staff and sub-contractors, and ensure that everyone on site is appropriately inductedAs site manager, it is required that you;
Have site manager experience overseeing a mixture of social housing, planned work contracts
Construction Management Qualifications
SMSTS
Excellent communication skills
Have a full clean license As site manager, you will receive;
Starting salary of £50,000-£55,000 dependent on experience
£3,500 car allowance or vehicle lease with salary sacrifice
Up to 10% annual bonus based on company performance
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and an extra day off for your birthday
