🕒 Project Start: Monday 28th July (2 weeks)
Our client, a regional House Building Contractor are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their existing team. We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to start in Teesside. The project will involve looking after a small new build housing site starting 28/07/2025 and is expected to last for 2 weeks.
Due to the importance of the role, it is imperative that candidates have relevant new build residential experience.
Candidate Requirements:
* Updated CV (with new build experience)
* SMSTS
* CSCS card
* 3-day First Aid
