Job Description

Site Manager - Social Housing Planned Works
 📍 Thundersley, Essex
 💷 £28-£30 per hour (CIS)
 ⏰ Mon-Fri | 8:00am-5:00pm 
MMP Consultancy are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee internal SHF retrofit planned works for a social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis. 
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations, operatives and subcontractors
Programme and monitor planned works
Ensure quality control and health & safety compliance
Conduct pre- and post-inspections
Complete weekly progress reports and job packs
Requirements:

SMSTS or IOSH
Gold CSCS or above
Asbestos Awareness (UKATA/IATP)
CIH qualification preferred
Basic DBS required
Own vehicle required (mileage can be claimed back)
