About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Operations Manager to take full operational ownership of a high-performing site in Maidenhead. Working Closely with the Groups Operations Director, this is a fantastic opportunity to drive real change, lead with purpose, and embed operational excellence into a collaborative and quality-focused environment.
Role Purpose
As Site Operations Manager, you’ll lead all day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of exceptional products. Your mission will be to inspire and guide your team, implement continuous improvement practices, and uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, and regulatory standards

Lead and develop a high-performing, motivated operations team
*
Optimise production efficiency through effective planning and performance management
*
Drive a culture of continuous improvement using Lean and data-led approaches
*
Deliver operational cost-efficiencies without compromising quality
*
Collaborate across departments to support cross-functional project delivery
*
Actively support and drive the site's CSR and sustainability goals
Success Will Be Measured By:

Health & Safety performance (zero-tolerance culture, near-miss reporting)

Audit readiness and outcomes
*
Output vs production plan (OEE, downtime, defects, waste)

Team development and engagement (retention, evaluations, training progress)

Impactful CI (Continuous Improvement) projects and cost-saving initiatives
*
Delivery of key business projects on time and within scope
What You Bring

Proven leadership in food manufacturing or FMCG environments
