We are currently seeking an experienced Site/Project Manager on behalf of our client for an upcoming refurbishment project based in Hull. Our client specialises in façade solutions, roofing, and cladding works, delivering high-quality packages across a range of commercial projects.
The role will involve overseeing day-to-day site operations, managing subcontractors, ensuring health & safety compliance, and driving the project programme to successful completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in refurbishment projects, particularly involving façades, roofing, or cladding, along with strong leadership and coordination skills.
This is a multi-million-pound refurbishment scheme, offering the opportunity to play a key role in a significant build. The position is offered on a freelance basis with a competitive day rate of £275–£300, depending on experience. The initial project is expected to run for approximately 40 weeks, with the potential for further work across upcoming schemes in Yorkshire.
