Overview:
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Site Services Coordinator to help manage the daily operations of our site services team. You'll play a key role in making sure each job runs smoothly from start to finish, organising people, equipment, and resources, and acting as the main point of contact for both the team and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Before the job starts:

Prepare job packs and arrange labour, equipment, and supplies.
*
Book hotels and plan travel efficiently.
*
Ensure spare parts and tools are ready ahead of time.
*
Finalise job requirements with the site supervisor.
*
Manage training records, vehicles, and safety checks.
During the job:
*
Handle requests for extra labour, equipment, or materials.
*
Communicate with clients and site managers for approvals.
*
Regularly check in with the team on site.
After the job finishes:
*
Arrange for hired equipment to be collected and prepare the job for invoicing.
*
Send completion reports to customers and manage follow-ups.
*
Restock tools and supplies ready for the next job.
Ongoing tasks:
*
Keep track of stock, consumables, and PPE for the team.
*
Organise training and keep safety documentation up to date.
*
Handle admin and process paperwork to support smooth operations.
