Salary: £43,500
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, Double Days

Our client, a leading name in the food manufacturing industry, is expanding their team and seeking a skilled Site Services Engineer to support their growing operation in Redditch.
The Role
You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of essential site services equipment, including:

Steam boilers and associated pipework
*
Process cooking equipment
*
Refrigeration systems
*
General utilities and site services
Working Monday to Friday on a double days shift pattern, this role offers excellent work-life balance, with no nights or weekend shifts required.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be:

A mechanically biased engineer with experience in a manufacturing or process environment

Confident working on boilers, pipework, refrigeration, and process equipment

Proactive, safety-conscious, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
