Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor / General Foreman for a cable track project near Peterhead. This is a long-term opportunity with works expected to run for the remainder of 2026, with a possibility of continued work for the full project duration (circa 3 years).
This role would suit candidates with either an earthworks background—supervising subcontractors on haul roads and associated works—or those with experience in ducting and cable track installation who can support that aspect of the project.
Responsibilities:
* Supervising subcontractors on site, including haul road and/or ducting works
* Overseeing daily site operations to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently
* Ensuring all works are carried out in line with HSE and project requirements
* Liaising with site management and project teams
* Monitoring progress and maintaining site records
* Ensuring quality standards are met at all times
Requirements:
* SSSTS or SMSTS
* Valid CSCS Card
* Previous experience in a Site Supervisor or General Foreman role
* Background in either earthworks or ducting/cable track installation
* Strong leadership and communication skills
Duration:
Ongoing – expected through 2026 with potential for full project duration (approx. 3 years)
