Job Description
Teamforce Labour are seeking an experienced Civils Site Supervisor in Thurso.
What You Will Do
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, including site labour, subcontractors, and plant
Manage site labour, subcontractors and plant to deliver works safely and efficiently
Ensure full compliance with health, safety and environmental policies and site procedures
Read, interpret and work from drawings and specifications accurately
Maintain site records, complete daily reports and monitor progress reporting to project management
Liaise with project management and other stakeholders to ensure works are delivered to programme and specificationRequirements
Proven experience working as a Civils Site Supervisor
Valid CSCS card (Supervisor level preferred)
SSSTS or SMSTS certification (essential)
First Aid certificate (preferred but not essential)
Strong understanding of civils and groundworks (e.g., drainage, earthworks, foundations, utilities)
Ability to read and work from technical drawings
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Competent in completing paperwork, site reports and maintaining records
Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure works run efficiently and safelyAbout Teamforce:
