SITE SUPERVISOR – GROUNDWORKS / HIGHWAYS
Location: Various UK Sites
Contract: Ongoing – Immediate Start 🚧
We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Supervisor for a major highways and groundworks project with a leading UK civil engineering contractor.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervising site teams across highways and groundworks operations
*
Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
*
Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining daily site records
*
Monitoring quality, productivity, and compliance with project standards
*
Supporting the Site Manager with planning, problem-solving, and progress reporting
Essential Requirements:
*
Highways Passport (valid)
*
Valid Safety-Critical Medical
*
Gold CSCS/CPCS Card
*
SSSTS
*
Strong background in highways, drainage, kerbing, earthworks, or general civil engineering
*
Proven experience supervising teams on major infrastructure or groundworks projects
