Site Supervisor – Roofing Projects | Berkshire Area
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee full roof covering replacement projects across Berkshire.
If you are a skilled supervisor, ideally located between Newbury and Bracknell, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee up to 6 roofing teams, ensuring quality and efficiency.
*
Manage health and safety compliance on-site.
*
Coordinate site activities to meet project timelines.
*
Use IT tools such as Outlook, basic Excel, and iPads for daily tasks.
What we're looking for:
*
Proven experience in site supervision and health and safety.
*
SSSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications.
*
IT literacy (Outlook, Excel, iPad use).
*
Roofing experience is preferred but not essential.
*
Resilient, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Package: Van and fuel card included.
This is a site-based role with no home-working, involving head office visits to Hungerford.
