We are currently recruiting for an experienced Civils Groundworks Supervisor to join a well-established contractor on a busy residential development in North Norfolk. This is a long-term opportunity for a reliable and driven Civils Groundworks Supervisor looking for stability and ongoing work.
🔧 Role Responsibilities:
As a Civils Groundworks Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Supervising groundwork gangs across all phases of the residential build
*
Coordinating tasks with trades, subcontractors, and site management
*
Maintaining health & safety standards and ensuring compliance
*
Monitoring daily site progress and reporting to senior staff
*
Supporting and leading a team of operatives to deliver quality work on schedule
✅ Requirements:
To be considered for the Civils Groundworks Supervisor role, you must have:
*
Demonstrable experience as a Civils Groundworks Supervisor on residential housing sites
*
SSSTS or SMSTS qualification (essential)
*
A valid CSCS card
*
Strong understanding of drainage, foundations, and finishing works
*
Excellent organisational and communication skills
