We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently looking for a Site Supervisor based in Cornwall to cover St Austell to Redruth.
Day to Day:
The role will be to oversee retrofit contracts in the Cornwall area. Leading a team of 15 operative installing Solar PV & air source heat pumps.
Ideally candidates will have experience of managing construction/ planned maintenance works in social housing. Understanding of managing work streams, retrofit within occupied housing would be beneficial.
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
SMSTS
First Aid
Strong H&S experience
Understanding around social housing retrofit/ decarbonisation
People management skills
Materials management experience
Day to day program management
