Job Title: Site Supervisor - Construction
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
On behalf of a specialist contractor operating across a multitude of sectors, I am currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team working across projects in the Buckinghamshire area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong site knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a passion for high standards in compliance and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
·Supervise day-to-day site operations and manage trades on site
·Ensure compliance with all health & safety policies and procedures
·Coordinate materials, deliveries, and subcontractors
·Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to meet project deadlines
·Maintain clear communication between site teams and senior management
Requirements:
·Gold or Black CSCS card (essential)
·Strong understanding of construction processes, site safety, and compliance regulations
·Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or similar role
·Must have own transport and be commutable to the site in Buckinghamshire
·Excellent communication and leadership skills
Package:
·Competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000, depending on experience
