Job Description
AWC Staff Services are currently recruiting the below,
2 x Site Supervisors in Huddersfield
1 x Site Supervisor in Beverley, East Yorkshire.
We are seeking motivated and experienced individuals to lead and manage site teams in the delivery of essential infrastructure works within the water industry.
Scope of Works
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
Setting clear daily and weekly targets for teams and ensuring they are understood and achievable
Supporting SHEQ compliance through toolbox talks and QA procedures
Coordinating site resources to ensure delivery of daily productivity targets
Monitoring work quality and performance to meet project standards
Overseeing repair and maintenance works, including mains and service repairs and renewals, ensuring full compliance with water quality regulations
Skills & Experience
Proven experience within the water industry
Water SHEA or CSCS card
NRSWA Qualified Supervisor (preferred)
Valid UK Driving Licence
Experience managing both subcontractors and direct labour teams
SSSTS (or equivalent) – SMSTS preferred
Strong on-site decision-making ability
