Site Supervisor – Dry Lining Contractor
Shrewsbury

Are you an experienced Dry Lining Manager / supervisor looking for a new role?
TS Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established Dry Lining Contractor seeking a Site Supervisor to support a Project Manager on a large commercial project.
What’s on Offer:
£200 day rate
Salary review after 2 months
Free parking on site
Option to start on a self-employed basis
Role Overview:
As the Site supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting and managing the dry lining and ceiling packages on a hospital project. You will oversee QA, and the organising of trades and labour.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage direct labour and subcontractors, offering on-site technical support
Quality Assurance (QA) uploading and evidencing work
Attend site meetings and represent the company professionally
Order site materials
Conduct toolbox talks and uphold site health and safety standards
Support the Project Manager
About the Company:
Specialist drywall and ceilings contractor
Works with Tier 1 and Tier 2 main contractors
Projects typically range from £1M to £4M+
Focus on high-quality commercial builds
What We’re Looking For:
Solid background in dry lining and ceilings
Previous experience managing large commercial projects
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualified
Ideally a former fixer with excellent on-site knowledge
Proficient in IT and reporting tools
Full UK driving licence
