Job Description
We are looking for a Supervisor / Ganger to join a major commercial development in Bridgwater. This is a large-scale, multi-year project offering long-term stability for the right candidate. You will be responsible for leading and organising one or two gangs of site labour to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate gangs of operatives on site.
*
Ensure all works are completed to the required quality and in line with Health & Safety standards.
*
Liaise with site management to allocate daily tasks and manage workforce productivity.
*
Maintain accurate records of labour, progress, and any issues on site.
*
Support the smooth running of site operations in a busy commercial environment.
Requirements:
*
SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid – Essential.
*
Previous experience supervising labour gangs on construction projects.
*
Strong communication and organisational skills.
*
Ability to work on site daily in a hands-on supervisory role.
