Job Description
Site Supervisor - Social Housing (Holiday Cover)
Location: Ellesmere Port
£22 per hour CIS
Duration: 2 weeks (holiday cover)
Start Date: Monday
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to cover a social housing new build and refurbishment project.
Duties include:
Supervising daily site operations and contractors
Monitoring PPE & RAMS compliance
Completing daily diaries, audits, and welfare checks
Issuing permits to work (PTWs)
Delivering weekly toolbox talks (TBTs)
Ensuring operatives sign in/out and site security is maintained
Assisting/instructing the labourer where required
Requirements:
Valid CSCS card
Basic DBS (minimum)
Experience in social housing new builds and refurbishments
What's on offer:
£22 per hour CIS
2 weeks work (holiday cover)
Immediate start - Monday
