Administrative Support - 6-Month Fixed Term Contract
📍 North Coventry | 🏢 Office-Based | ⏰ Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
We are delighted to be supporting our client, a well-established business with over 50 years of success, in their search for an Administrator to join their busy sales office on a 6-month fixed term contract.
About the Role
In this varied and customer-focused position, you will play an important part in keeping the sales office running smoothly. Day-to-day tasks will include:
* Speaking with customers and handling queries in a professional manner
* Using the CRM system to update and maintain records
* Assisting with quotes and proposals
* Making outbound calls to clients regarding orders and follow-ups
About You
We are looking for someone who brings:
* Previous administration experience (essential)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* A proactive and positive attitude when working with colleagues and customers
What's on Offer
* Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday
o 08:30 - 17:00 (with a 16:00 finish on Fridays!)
o OR 09:00 - 17:00
* Holiday: 25 days pro rata plus bank holidays
