Job Description
Ballycommon are currently seeking an experienced Skilled Groundworker to join our team on a new build housing project in Leighton Buzzard.
Responsibilities include:
* All aspects of groundworks on new build housing sites
* Preparing and laying foundations, drainage, and services
* Kerbing, slabbing, concreting, and finishing works
* Working to site health & safety standards
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Groundworker on new build housing
* Must have 2 checkable references & Right to Work in UK
* Be reliable and punctual
* Valid CSCS card (preferred)
* Full PPE and own tools
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full PPE (Hard hat, High-vis, steel cap boots) to be worn on site at all times
