About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hard-working Semi-Skilled Labourer/ Handyman to join our team on a busy new build housing development site. This role is ideal for someone with a good eye for detail and previous experience in minor finishing works.
You will be responsible for assisting trades on-site and carrying out a variety of tasks including:
Silicone work (bathrooms, kitchens, and finishing areas)
Paint touch-ups and minor cosmetic repairs
Basic snagging and finishing duties
General labouring (site cleanliness, assisting trades, moving materials, etc.)
Key Requirements:
Previous experience on construction sites
Ability to carry out basic finishing works to a good standard
Punctual, reliable and hardworking
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Basic tools for silicone/painting an advantage
Valid CSCS card (preferred but not always essential)
