Temporary – 8 Weeks
Our client, a well-established subcontractor specialising in education and student accommodation projects, is seeking an experienced Skilled Labourer to join their team for a summer refurbishment programme at an educational facility in Liverpool.
Skilled Labourer Role Overview:
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of joinery refurbishment tasks, along with general finishing duties. These may include:
Assisting Joiners and other trades on site
Minor painting touch-ups
Silicone application
Grouting
Other general finishing duties as required
Keeping site clean and tidy and compliant at all times
Skilled Labourer Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar skilled labourer role
Ability to complete high-quality work to deadlines
Own transport preferred
Valid CSCS card
