Full-time, with occasional nights and weekends
Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and physically active Skilled Labourer to join our team based in Welwyn Garden City. The role involves the installation and removal of proprietary construction hoarding systems at internal and external sites across the UK.
This is a hands-on position requiring regular travel, overnight stays, and occasional work during unsocial hours (nights and weekends), particularly within the retail sector.
Overnight stays covered by employee and food allowance allocated.
Key Responsibilities

Install and dismantle Plasloc hoarding systems safely and efficiently at various sites.
*
Operate in accordance with company procedures and site-specific safety requirements.
*
Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines.
*
Load and unload materials, ensuring all equipment is handled correctly and securely.
*
Represent the company professionally when working on client premises, including government buildings.
*
Carry out tasks both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
Requirements
*
Valid CSCS card (essential).
*
Full UK driving licence (essential).
*
Clean criminal record (must pass background checks for government site access).
*
Willingness to travel nationwide, with regular overnight stays (accommodation and food allowance provided).
*
Ability to work occasional nights and weekends.
*
Physically fit and comfortable with manual, labour-intensive work.
*
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
