Job Description
Role
To provide a high standard of Polishing and Grinding of stainless steel products using machinery and hand held polishers.
Main Duties:
Maintaining a clean and organised department.
1. Work in accordance with company processes and procedures.
2. Working to engineering drawings and specifications
3. Meeting production demands and targets.
4. Working with various power tools.
5. Ensuring quality and high standards are constantly met.
Key Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy is paramount.
Excellent numeracy skills
Ability to communicate at all levels either face to face or in writing.
Be dexterous and nimble fingered - due to the nature of the work involved
Excellent work planning and organisational skills
Ability to meet deadlines
