Skilled Operative - Day-to-Day Repairs Team | SS4 Area
£14.10 per hour | Van & Fuel Card Provided
We're recruiting for a Skilled Operative to join the day-to-day maintenance team for a reputable housing association in the SS4 area. You'll be supporting tradespeople and carrying out essential repairs and maintenance work on tenanted and void properties. Ongoing Role 37 hrs a week
Key Details:
£14.10 per hour
Company van and fuel card provided
Power tools supplied
Must have your own basic hand tools
Monday to Friday working hours
Role Overview:
Working as part of the responsive repairs team
Assisting with mould and damp repairs, plus general property maintenance
Supporting skilled tradespeople on site
Ensuring work is completed to a high standard, with a focus on tenant safety and satisfaction
Requirements:
Proven experience in a general maintenance or labouring role
Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions
Must have your own hand tools
Full UK driving licence essential
