Skilled Operative – Leeds LS9
Hourly Rate: £12.58 – £13.33
Rotating Shifts: Monday to Friday (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm)

What you’ll do:

Assemble products to specification, following set guidelines and quality standards

Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently
*
Pack and prepare finished goods for dispatch
*
Conduct basic equipment checks and ensure workstations are kept clean and organised
*
Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets
What you’ll bring:

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a hands-on industrial role is desirable
*
Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and safety
*
Comfortable with manual handling and standing for extended periods
*
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
