Job Opportunity: 2-Person Groundworks Gang - Fareham
Location: Fareham
Start Date: ASAP
We are currently seeking a 2-person experienced groundworks gang to join ongoing works. The ideal team will hold the necessary tickets between them to operate efficiently and safely on-site.
🔧 Essential Tickets (Between the Gang of 2):
NRSWA Street Works
Cat & Genny
360 Excavator
Valid CSCS Card
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out groundwork duties including excavation, trenching, backfilling, and reinstatement
Operating machinery (360 digger) and using cable detection tools (Cat & Genny)
Working safely around utilities and in public areas
Completing tasks in line with street works regulations
Communicating effectively as a team and with site supervisors
