Pertemps are exclusively representing a leading shop fitting business who are looking for a skilled wood machinist! They specialise in bespoke design and manufacturing, crafting high-quality hardwood joinery, architectural metalwork, and custom bronze or stainless-steel doors and frames.
You will be responsible for machining various types of timber to meet customer specifications, working within a small, skilled team to uphold our high standards. Your role will involve operating the following machines:
Panel saw
Cross-cut saw
Multi-rip saw
6-block moulder planer
Spindle moulders
Wide belt sander
SurfacerYour duties will include:
Operating a CNC router
Ensure precision and quality in all machining tasks
Work efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously
Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors
