Job Title: SLD Teacher Complex Needs Provision 
Location: SE24, South London 
Start Date: January 2026 
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term 
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience 

We are seeking a passionate and committed SLD Teacher to join a specialist provision in SE24 from January 2026. This is a rewarding opportunity to support learners with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), delivering highly personalised education that promotes communication, independence, and well-being. 

About the Provision 

Specialist setting supporting pupils with complex needs and EHCPs.
Small class sizes with a focus on tailored learning and holistic development.
Collaborative staff team dedicated to inclusive practice and student progress.
Strong emphasis on communication, sensory learning, and life skills.Responsibilities 

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with SLD.
Use sensory and therapeutic approaches to support learning and regulation.
Work closely with therapists, support staff, and families to meet EHCP targets.
Create a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.
Monitor progress and contribute to multi-agency reviews.Were Looking For 

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) ideally required.
Experience teaching pupils with SLD, PMLD, or complex SEND.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, behaviour management, and inclusive strategies.
Empathy, resilience, and commitment to supporting vulnerable learners.
