About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Safely sling and signal loads to crane operators.
* Ensure all lifting operations are conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Conduct pre-use checks on lifting equipment.
* Communicate effectively with crane operators and other site personnel.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
* Valid Blue CPCS Card.
* Safety Critical Medical certification.
* Proven experience as a Slinger in the construction industry.
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
