What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering small works projects — from minor installs and upgrades to remedial works.
* Ensuring all work meets British Standards, industry regulations, and company procedures.
* Maintaining excellent health & safety practices across all tasks.
Additional Responsibilities
* Commissioning systems, handing them over, and providing customer training.
* Carrying out acceptance testing and quality assurance checks.
* Offering professional, customer-facing support when required.
What You Bring
* Proven experience in fire and security engineering, especially small works.
* Strong technical knowledge across TECS, fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control (multi-manufacturer).
* Solid understanding of BS5839, BS5266, EN50131, and related standards.
* Great organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects confidently.
* Strong communication and client-facing skills.
* IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and project management tools.
* Ability to produce accurate quotes and technical documentation.
