They're looking for a SMART Building Consultant to join their growing team and help transform how we design, build, and experience the spaces around us.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
* Advising clients on SMART building strategies, technology roadmaps, and investment cases.
* Leading the integration of IoT, 5G, BMS, AV, and digital twin technologies into new and existing spaces.
* Driving projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless collaboration across design, construction, and tech teams.
* Acting as the go-to advisor for stakeholders, bringing complex technology concepts to life.
* Helping shape new business opportunities while delivering solutions that truly transform the built environment.

✅ What We’re Looking For
* Experience in integrated technology delivery, stakeholder engagement, and project management (APM, Agile, Prince2 or similar).
* Strong communication skills—you can simplify the complex and bring people on the journey.
* A proactive, self-motivated problem-solver who thrives in collaborative environments.
* Bonus points if you have: commercial property experience, knowledge of the RIBA plan of work, or bid writing and client-facing presentation skills.
