Smart Repair Manager required in Derby
Basic up to £42,000 DOE
OTE £45k+
Monday to Thursday 08:00–17:30
Friday 08:00–17:00 | No weekendsWe’re looking for an experienced Smart Repair Manager to lead a growing team of Smart Repair and Alloy Wheel Technicians. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment, ensuring vehicles are prepared to the highest standards while keeping your team motivated and efficient.

Salary up to £42,000 DOE, with OTE £45k+
Monday to Friday working, no weekends
22 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service)

Managing and developing a team of Smart Repair and Alloy Wheel Technicians
Overseeing repair quality and ensuring showroom-ready standards
Monitoring performance against KPIs and driving efficiency
Ensuring Health & Safety compliance across all processes
Supporting training and skills development within your team
Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth vehicle preparationWhat we’re looking for in a SMART Repair Manager:
Proven leadership in an automotive repair environment
Experience in SMART repair, paintwork, or alloy refurbishment
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Results-driven with attention to detail
