Job Description
Mobile SMART Repairer required for our Client’s busy Accident Repair Business located in Swindon.
Working as a SMART Repairer for our Client you can expect a salary of £45000 basic with the working hours of Monday To Friday.

Starting salary negotiable pending experience, plus additional performance-related bonus scheme with OTE up to £45,000 per annum (paid monthly).
23 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays rising with length of service

40-hour week Monday to Friday.Duties:
Repairing damaged vehicles in line with the Manufacturer’s specifications
Carrying out Smart Repairs
Following safety procedures
Detecting and diagnosing any additional faults for further repair
Interacting with colleagues and customers to discuss repair work carried out.Requirements:
You will have a recognised qualification in a SMART repair capacity
You will have a previous working experience in the role within a busy bodyshop
The ability to produce a high quality of SMART repair from start to finish.
