SMART Repair Technician – Worcester
Salary: £33,000–£36,000 basic + up to £6,000 bonus
Potential earnings: Up to £42,000
Location: Worcester
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

Opportunities to develop your skills and progress your careerThe RoleWe’re looking for an experienced SMART Repair Technician to join a busy automotive team in Worcester. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality SMART repairs, paintwork and minor body repairs, ensuring every vehicle meets a high standard of finish.
As a SMART Repair Technician, your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out SMART repairs and cosmetic refinishing
Completing minor body repairs and paintwork
Panel preparation, including sanding, masking and priming
Colour matching using modern paint systems
Delivering manufacturer-standard paint finishes
Managing your mobile van, equipment and stock
Organising your own workload and working independently
Maintaining excellent standards of workmanship and attention to detailAbout YouWe’re looking for a SMART Repair Technician who takes pride in their work and can deliver consistently high-quality results.
You’ll ideally have:

Previous SMART repair or bodyshop paint experience
Strong knowledge of modern automotive paint systems
Excellent colour-matching skills
Experience with sanding, masking, priming and refinishing
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
