Job Description
Mobile SMART Repairer required for our Client’s busy Accident Repair Business located in Ross-on-Wye .
Working as a SMART Repairer for our Client you can expect a salary of £41,600 basic with an OTE of circa £50,000 with the working hours of Monday To Friday.
Benefits:
Starting salary up to £41,600 plus
Time-save bonus scheme providing on-target-earnings around £50,000+ per annum.
Overtime, subject to availability, paid at standard rate.
20 days annual holiday plus the bank holidays.
Full in-house training provided.
40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours available.
Occasional overtime may be required, subject to business demand, so you will need to be flexible with this; however, it would be paid as overtime. Duties:
Repairing damaged vehicles in line with the Manufacturer’s specifications
Carrying out Smart Repairs
Following safety procedures
Detecting and diagnosing any additional faults for further repair
Interacting with colleagues and customers to discuss repair work carried out.Requirements:
You will have a recognised qualification in a SMART repair capacity
You will have a previous working experience in the role within a busy bodyshop
The ability to produce a high quality of SMART repair from start to finish.
