SMART Repair Technician - Prestige Automotive Group (Portsmouth Area)
Salary: £38,000 - £41,000 + Overtime + Benefits
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (½ hour lunch)
We are recruiting on behalf of a prestige, family-owned automotive dealer group with state-of-the-art facilities and a reputation for excellence. They are looking for a talented SMART Repair Technician to join their Portsmouth-area workshop team.

The Role
Carry out accurate, high-quality preparation and repainting of vehicles
Detect, diagnose, and report additional faults for repair
Follow manufacturer and industry standards to ensure safety and compliance
Use the latest paint mixing and drying equipment
Record time, materials, and consumables accurately
Maintain a tidy, hazard-free workspace
Safeguard customer vehicles and ensure exceptional workmanship
About You
Previous bodyshop / SMART repair experience
Strong eye for detail and pride in your work
Full UK Driving Licence
Professional, team-focused, and organised
IT literacy would be a bonus, but not essential
