SMT Operator – Hemel Hempstead – Immediate Start!

Looking for your next move in electronics manufacturing? Join a forward-thinking team as an SMT Operator/Technician working with cutting-edge tech in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00
What you’ll do: Operate/set up SMT machines (Pick & Place, reflow, screen printers, AOI), load feeders, check kitting, hand-place/solder/rework components, self-certify work, support occasional cable assembly.

Requirements: SMT experience, through-hole soldering, component recognition, ability to read circuit/engineering diagrams. SMT programming is a plus
