Sheet Metal Worker / Structural Fitter (Aviation)
📍 Location: Near Stansted
💰 Pay Rate: £26.50 per hour (LTD – Outside IR35)
📅 Contract Length: 6 Months
🕒 Hours: 40–60 per week

Mara Recruit is hiring on behalf of a trusted aviation client near Stansted. We are looking for a skilled Aircraft Sheet Metal Worker / Structural Fitter to join the team on a long-term contract.
✅ What We’re Looking For:

4+ years’ experience as a Structural Fitter
*
Strong Sheet Metal background in a workshop environment
*
Solid aviation industry experience
*
Ability to read technical drawings and work to tight tolerances
🔧 The Role Includes:

Aircraft sheet metal repairs and modifications

Structural fitting of aircraft components
*
Working in a high-standard maintenance environment

Ensuring all tasks comply with safety and quality procedures
