Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Snr Electrical AIT Engineer to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the Assembly, Integration and Test (AIT) of advanced spacecraft payloads and satellite systems.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate all phases of AIT for spacecraft payloads.
* Perform electrical integration of units under test (UUT) with test benches and EGSE.
* Prepare, implement, and support EVT (environmental and verification testing) campaigns.
* Write and execute test plans and procedures to verify technical requirements.
* Carry out functional and performance testing.
* Create and maintain automated test scripts for UUT and EGSE control.
* Produce detailed technical reports following test execution.
* Maintain and validate electrical ground support equipment (EGSE).
* Plan AIT schedules and coordinate activities across multiple teams.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Experience:
* MSc/BSc in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
* Solid understanding of testing processes, cycles, and AIT methodologies.
* Hands-on experience in Satellite AIT and test flow execution.
* Proficiency with Linux-based systems (shell scripting and configuration).
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in communications system engineering.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Experience contributing to ESA proposals (desirable).
