Overview of a Social & Influencer Manager
As a Social & Influencer Manager, you’ll lead and deliver impactful social media and influencer strategies across multiple European markets. This is a hands-on role within a growing team, combining creative thinking, data insight, and strategic planning to build high-performing campaigns. You’ll collaborate with regional stakeholders, agencies, and influencers to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and performance.
Responsibilities of a Social & Influencer Manager
* Lead influencer activations and premium events for key European campaigns.
* Develop and deliver creative, insight-led social and influencer strategies.
* Oversee influencer contracting, briefing, content creation, and approvals.
* Create reporting frameworks to measure ROI and campaign performance.
* Build relationships across regional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
* Stay ahead of social trends and share best practices to drive innovation.
Key competencies of a Social & Influencer Manager
* Proven experience in social and influencer marketing with strong campaign management skills.
* Confident balancing creative ideas with data-driven decision making.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple complex projects.
* Skilled in reporting, analysis, and presentation tools such as PowerPoint.
* Multilingual or culturally aware, with experience across European markets preferred.
