What you'll be doing:
Creating and managing engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts that stops the scroll
Being the on-camera talent – yes, you'll be the face people recognise and connect with
Building and nurturing relationships with influencers and their growing community
Planning and delivering community engagement initiatives that create real impact
Working alongside the Creative Production team to bring ideas to life
Ensuring your content strategy aligns with broader marketing campaigns
What My Client is looking for:
Someone who truly gets TikTok and social media trends (not just uses them)
Natural confidence on camera – you're comfortable presenting, going live, and engaging authentically
Excellent people skills and the ability to build genuine relationships
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and hit deadlines
A passion for what they do (which we can discuss!)
