Social Media & Content Creator
Croydon, Surrey
Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the office
Social Media & Content Creator needed for a leading organisation based in Croydon, who are looking to employ an experienced Social Media & Content Creator who lives & breathes digital storytelling with an in-depth knowledge of managing social channels and creating content for consumer brands - Ideally in travel, hospitality or retail.

Some of the main duties of the Social Media & Content Creator will include:
* Lead the day-to-day running of our social media presence
* Planning, producing, and publishing engaging content that grows their audience, strengthens their brand, and inspires
* From campaign ideation to community management and performance tracking
* You'll work closely with teams across the business - including marketing, ecommerce, product, and customer service - and have the freedom to test ideas, create compelling visuals and video, and bring our brand to life across every touchpoint.
In order to be the successful Social Media & Content Creator and have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have the following:
* 3+ years managing social channels and creating content for consumer brands - ideally in travel, hospitality or retail
* A natural storyteller with a passion for creating content that's visually compelling and emotionally engaging
* Confident using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut or similar, to produce high-quality, engaging visuals and short-form videos that stops the scroll
* Proactive and personable - comfortable approaching colleagues and customers to create great, authentic content
* Familiar with Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and social media management platforms
* Data-savvy, with the ability to use analytics to guide content decisions and demonstrate results
* Skilled at writing engaging, brand-aligned copy - and confident doing it without relying on AI tools
* Good organisation skills, with strong attention to detail and time management
